My request is urgent, can you help me?
Unfortunately we operate a strict waiting list and everyone is served on a first come first serve basis. Accepting urgent requests disrupt our wait times and we want to ensure that our service is fair to all those that are currently waiting.
If you would still like to join the waiting list, we can check if you still require our services once you are called forward.
What are your waiting list times/turn around times?
Estimated turnaround times are a general guide only.
Each item varies in complexity, and we cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

Once called forward, please check that we can make your deadline before dropping off or posting your items as we cannot guarantee completion before your requested deadline.
Will you tailor items that are not uniform?
In short, we do not work on civilian items on clothing. This is because the scope of military tailoring work is so broad that we have had to set limitations on what we do. We will however add beckets (loops) to civilian jackets to enable you to wear your/family medals.
Can you supply new miniature medals?
Yes, we hold most miniature medals in stock and will source other miniatures if required.
We do not supply large replacement medals.
We also supply all medal ribbons unless otherwise requested.
Can I drop off and collect or post my items to you?
Yes, both. We have a booking app which will enable you to schedule an appointment/tailoring appointment directly with us. You will receive this link once you are called forward. Drop off and collections are strictly by appointment only.
We also accept postal orders. Please note that your items are sent and returned at the owner's risk, so please ensure that you use a postal service that has adequate tracking and insurance to cover the value of the items being sent.
We are unable to accept items before you are called forward from the waiting list. This is to ensure we do not hold too many items at once.
How/when do I need to pay?
You will be sent an invoice when your items are complete. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Payment is required within 7 days, or before collection/we post back your items (whichever is soonest).
What’s the difference between swing and court mounted?
Court mounted medals are sewn onto a backing board whereas swing medals are not. We recommend court mounting to reduce damage from the medals striking each other.
