We are operating a waiting list form to help us manage your requests on a first come first serve basis, especially during peak periods.
If you have a deadline, please include this in your form, however there is no guarantee that we will be able to meet that deadline. Due to the coronation medal roll out, our waiting list currently exceeds 2 months.
We are currently prioritising essential tailoring services such as:
Medal mounting, re-ranking and re-sizing.
Once we have availability to complete your request, we will send you an email to arrange drop off or postage as required. E-mails are sometimes sent to junk mail so we will endeavour to also send you a text message.
If we do not hear back from you after 2 attempts, unfortunately we will have to remove your request from the system. This will ensure that the waiting list continues to flow.
