We use a booking software to schedule drop off, collections and tailoring appointments.
If you are posting your items, we also ask you to book a slot for the day that you expect your parcel to arrive.
If you need to re-arrange your appointment, please do so using the same system.

If you have booked the first appointment of the day, please be mindful not to arrive before your appointment start time.
Our first appointment of the day is usually our earliest availability, and we may either not be here or not be ready to receive your items before this time.

By using this booking system, it allows us to know when to expect you or your parcel to arrive.

Please only make a booking if you have been invited to do so, or have been notified that your items are complete and ready for collection.
